Brass Flow Regulators

Smartflow Brass Flow Regulators provide unique, leak-free, single-point manual flow controls These regulators incorporate the proven IceCube™ flowmeter and integral needle valve in a compact design. Very few moving parts improve reliability and leak-free operation. Used singly or in combination with a water manifold, brass flow regulators allow manual control of individual cooling water lines.

3/4" and 1" Brass Flow Regulators provide robust manual flow control with minimal pressure drop. Flow scales are not included with 3/4" or 1". Flowmeters may be added. Contact the factory for details.

Flow regulators work together on a manifold to equalize the Reynolds Numbers of circuits with different flow path obstacles. See the YouTube Animation: Balance and Optimize Mold Cooling.

• Add mechanical flowmeter with temperature and/or pressure gauges (3/4" only)
