Feasibility Studies:

A manufacturer, not previously involved in plastics processing wished to investigate the feasibility of changing his production to plastics. We worked closely with the customer, analyzing production costs for plastics versus his existing process. Capital investment costs, inclusive of factory redesign, transformer installation, and machinery investment; ongoing costs such as maintenance, staffing, depreciation; Full analysis of locally manufactured versus imported products, including quality and cost comparisons.

Recycling Systems:

Tasman Machinery believes that recycling of plastics will only continue to grow in importance in our society. As such we have purposely dedicated resources to this sector, both in terms of staff members and agencies we represent. We have worked with a number of companies, investigating turnkey recycling projects and improvements to existing recycling systems we have the ability to consult, design, build and commission recycling plants for the full range of plastic materials.

Routine Maintenance Contracts:

Tasman Machinery has set up a number of routine maintenance programs with existing customers. The advantages of such programs is that customer can concentrate on manufacturing their products, and not spend time worrying about their equipment. We work closely with our customers to fit in with their production requirements, while still ensuring that their machinery runs at optimum levels and thus gain the highest possible productivity from their investments.

Machinery Valuations:

Machinery valuations are often required for insurance purposes, refinancing, and the sale of businesses. Tasman Machinery is able to offer accurate valuations of machinery and equipment for these purposes.
