Q Where are your offices located?

In Australia our main office is located in Mebourne where we offer in-house sales and service. We also have sales agents located in Queensland, New South Wales, South Australia, and West Australia to provide local support to our customers.

In NZ we have our headquarters located in Grafton, Auckland. We also have a sales and service office located in the South Island of New Zealand for our southern customers.

Q What levels of service do you offer?

Tasman Machinery believes that back-up service and support is critical to the success of our customers. We have in-house service engineers, who have been factory trained at many of our suppliers locations around the world, who are available for both onsite and telephone support.
Q Do you stock spare parts?
A With offices located in both Australia and New Zealand Tasman Machinery are able to provide most spare parts at very short notice. We have an integrated inventory management system and in many cases are able to supply spare parts on a same day or next day basis.
Q What other services can you offer?
A Besides our main activity of selling and servicing equipment to the plastics and tool making industries, Tasman Machinery is able to provide full consultancy services for a variety of projects. Within the last year we have designed and installed plastics recycling systems; provided a feasibility study for a company considering entering the plastics industry (this included full costings from factory, energy, labour ,raw materisl and final pricing of products); designed and project managed the launch of a new product utilizing recycled plastic material. We are also able to provide valuations for the complete range of plastic and tool room equipment.
