Tasman Machinery is one of the founding machinery suppliers
to the plastics manufacturing industry in Australasia,
having been founded in New Zealand in 1972, by Maurice
McKinley.
A dominant supplier of machinery and raw materials throughout
the 1970, 80' and 90's in New Zealand, Tasman's reputation
has been built upon the highest levels of service in combination
with the worlds best brands of machinery.
In 2002 Tasman Machinery is celebrating 30 years of service
to the plastics industry. Over this period many things
have changed…from relay driven machines, through
to microprocessors. Monolayer blown film lines to 11 layer
barrier films. The advent of Polypropylene, through to
the developlment of metallocene materials. However through
all this change some things remain the same.
Tasman Machinery has always held at it's core the beleief
